About Your Responsibilities as Chief Data Governance Officer:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Operations: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks of the Data Governance division, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient report completion.
  • Project Management: Coordinate project management activities, track timelines, deliverables, and support key data infrastructure and management projects.
  • Content Preparation: Prepare and communicate internal and external content, such as newsletters and updates, to embed data policies and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Digital Platform Maintenance: Maintain and curate digital platforms, including the Data Champions channel and SharePoint site, to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparation and timely reporting for the Data Governance team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with SharePoint and proven ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in administration within a data, finance, or regulatory environment.
  • Experience with project management tools, e.g., Jira, and knowledge sharing hubs.
