Job Title: Chief Governance Officer - RTR

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive continuous improvements across our global Record-to-Report (RTR) process. As Chief Governance Officer - RTR, you will lead and support initiatives that harmonize accounting practices across markets, enhance operational efficiency, and embed digital innovation into our finance operations.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the RTR roadmap, supporting certification processes, and maintaining a robust Finance Operating Model aligned with global standards. Your key performance indicators will focus on defining and reporting key metrics, ensuring compliance, and early detection of risks. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage relationships and performance, ensuring delivery excellence.

To succeed in this role, you must have deep technical knowledge of financial and accounting processes, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, you should have a passion for continuous improvement and adaptability to change, as well as demonstrated experience in process automation and digital transformation.

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience in finance operations are necessary for this role. Proficiency in IT systems and data analytics tools, and experience in the telecommunications industry are also preferred.
