Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary to join our legal team. As a key member of our corporate governance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of statutory and corporate compliance-related documents.
  • Advising on and dealing with queries related to company law.
  • Assisting on a diverse range of transactions, utilising expertise in all aspects of company secretarial law and practice/corporate governance.
  • Working closely with colleagues from all departments of the firm, clients, auditors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in the same or similar position and a strong background in corporate governance and current regulations.
