As a Claims Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues to manage the claims process from initiation to closure, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and investigate claims to identify potential issues or areas of concern
  2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  3. Conduct research and analysis to verify policy details and determine indemnity and liability
  4. Develop and implement solutions to address complex claims-related challenges

Skills and Qualifications

  • APA – personal lines experience; CIP certification is highly valued
  • A strong understanding of claims management principles and best practices
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
