About Your Role
As a Claims Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues to manage the claims process from initiation to closure, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate claims to identify potential issues or areas of concern
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct research and analysis to verify policy details and determine indemnity and liability
- Develop and implement solutions to address complex claims-related challenges
Skills and Qualifications
- APA – personal lines experience; CIP certification is highly valued
- A strong understanding of claims management principles and best practices
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
