Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Manager to lead our project planning efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have experience in project planning, management, and scheduling. They will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Manage project schedules, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing contingency plans and mitigating strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project planning, management, and scheduling.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
