Clinical Coordinator Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our mental health services team as a Clinical Coordinator.

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support and facilitate communication between clients, customers, and the Affiliate team.
  • Manage client records, coordinate with the team to meet service level agreements, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Assist clients over the phone, direct them to the most appropriate service, and handle inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple email inboxes related to administrative tasks and ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize risk calls and provide appropriate support.
  • Perform referrals, set up client records, and manage inbound calls to the counseling line.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in customer service and the mental health sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, computer competence, and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, self-management, and recognition of the need for further training or performance feedback.

Essential Qualities:

  • Ability to work effectively in a small team to maintain excellent service levels.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks depending on business needs.

About You:

  • Have experience working in a corporate environment or have previous EAP/telephone experience.
