We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior project managers with the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate daily activities with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on site.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Support in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 23 years of experience in construction project management or site management (placement or graduate experience considered).
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (experience with MS Project an advantage).
