Senior Warehouse Leader Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations on a temporary contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve productivity targets.
  • Oversee stock control, goods in/out processes, and order fulfillment.
  • Evaluate performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with management to report operational progress.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior warehouse manager (essential).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of logistics, stock management, and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
