Job Overview

Senior Warehouse Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage stock control, and lead a team of warehouse staff.

A strong leader with experience in warehouse management is required. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, as well as a good understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch
  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets
  • Oversee stock control, goods in/out processes, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, and orders processed
  • Liaise with management to report on operational progress and challenges

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or management position
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
