Maintenance Manager Position

This is a pivotal role accountable for overseeing daily maintenance department activities to ensure all products meet GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staff within the department, including holiday coverage and timekeeping management.
  • Ensure maintenance technicians possess adequate training, equipment, and motivation to perform maintenance safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of training, safety awareness, attendance, and ensure technicians are trained on the latest operating procedures.
  • Responsible for all facility and utility maintenance and upkeep initiatives.
  • Organize, control, and report on Preventative Maintenance / Calibration activities effectively.
Essential Requirements:
  • Craft qualification in electrical or mechanical trades is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar environments is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this role.
