Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting residents in their daily lives to maintain their independence
  • Enabling residents to engage in social, religious, and recreational activities that promote their well-being
  • Maintaining good relationships with family and friends to provide a supportive network
Requirements:
  • A health or social care qualification (e.g. third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work) or equivalent Fetac Level 5 – Health Care Major Award
  • Experience working in a care environment with a focus on delivering high-quality support
  • Knowledge of principles and techniques used in cognitive rehabilitation to enable residents to reach their full potential
