Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit & Structured Products Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and distributing reconciliations and customized reporting packages to clients and internal teams. They will also liaise with external counterparties such as fund custodians and investment managers regarding data tie-outs and ad hoc reporting requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, review and distribute reconciliations and customized daily/monthly reporting packages to clients and internal teams;
  • Liaise with external counterparties such as fund custodians and investment managers regarding data tie-outs and ad hoc reporting requests;
  • Assist with new client onboarding, audits and other strategic initiatives;
  • Coordinate with clients and ensure the team is aware of all daily deliverables and expectations;
  • Train and develop C&SP staff;
  • Own process improvements and ensure final delivery of solutions;
  • Develop a big picture understanding of daily portfolio reporting, system usage and client delivery;
  • Ensure all timeframes and deliverables meet service level agreements;
  • Prioritize, complete and delegate tasks while maintaining high-quality customer service;
  • Apply market knowledge and best practices in managing transactions and data flows;
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to develop leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or economics preferred;
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a related role;
  • Knowledge of loan operations and credit/debt funds;
  • Experience mentoring and managing workloads is preferred;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills — responsive, friendly, organized;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems and analysis tools is a plus;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in high-volume environments;
  • Willingness to work within deadlines.
