Job Opportunity: Security Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect store assets
  • Assist Store Owner/Manager in preventing loss of stock/theft within the store
  • Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees

Main Objectives:

  1. Support Store Management and colleagues in all aspects of the Security function
  2. Carry out routine spot checks on waste, deliveries, closing stock, refunds, voids, and employees
  3. Conduct investigation work when required
  4. Monitor CCTV recordings

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a retail security role
  • Current PSA Security Guard License (essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
