Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one nursing care to children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals and manage seizures as required.
  • Manage nebulizers and provide pain relief, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each child.
  • Care for children with disabilities or complex needs, developing individualised care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Perform airway management and suctioning procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Manage stomas and perform skin integrity management, promoting wound healing and preventing complications.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working with children, be willing to undergo training and have a valid NMBI pin. You must also be willing to register with the relevant union and have full immunisations and vaccination history.
