Job Overview

A dedicated Quality Control Specialist is required to ensure the quality of products in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of production lines before operations begin
  • Perform sensory and quality evaluations on products to guarantee specifications are met
  • Calibrate essential equipment daily, including scales and thermometers
  • Monitor temperature controls to ensure product safety
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and support compliance with food safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate HACCP documentation and records
  • Collect and analyze product samples for quality assurance purposes
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues
Requirements
  • Qualification in Food Science or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards, and food quality systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality control role, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems and software for record keeping
  • Ability to handle lifting up to 30kg, occasionally up to 50kg
