Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the smooth functioning of our trading and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations.
- Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and firm interests.
- Oversee static data management, transaction reporting, and corporate actions outsourced to other entities.
- Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers and manage breaks in high volume environment.
- Support stakeholder management both internally and externally.
About You:
- You have at least 5 years' experience in back-office, reconciliation, and corporate action functions working in a high-volume environment for an investment firm.
- You have a thorough knowledge of the full equity and CFD trade lifecycle including settlements, custody, corporate action processing, and taxes.
- You are an expert in SQL and/or Python to enhance straight through processing and manage exceptions.
- You have experience in implementing risk controls and procedure documentation.
- You possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:
