Product Information Specialist
This role involves developing expertise around business-to-business (B2B) products and leveraging human intelligence in knowledge base enrichment, content review, data curation, and similar tasks to drive product growth and expansion.
Responsibilities include researching and reviewing data about companies' products and services, liaising with cross-functional teams to create guidelines and processes, and establishing quality assurance processes to ensure data meets expectations.
The successful candidate will also provide a human aspect to scaling with machine learning methods, act as a point of contact for partner teams regarding classification decisions, and review large quantities of data to balance quality with scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and hard-working individual with strong problem solving and abstract thinking skills
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools and a keen interest in technology
- Ability to understand and apply complex task-specific instructions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of tools for natural language processing and experience with data labeling platforms is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a startup or similar environment is beneficial
