Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Project Lead to oversee the implementation of GMP initiatives in our organization.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive project success.

The successful candidate will have experience in automation and process engineering, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical expertise in automation and process engineering
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Experience working with DeltaV and other industrial automation systems
  • Good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) compliance
Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse the viability of the project at early stage
  2. Define a detailed planning of the activities of the project (scope, time, resources, costs)
  3. Control the project execution and report progress
  4. Budget control, tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  5. Support, lead and coach the project team
  6. Set priorities and adjust plans in case of deviations
  7. Provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders
  8. Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule or budget
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks
  10. Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders
