">About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact strategy projects across various industries, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that address client needs and priorities;
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives;
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise on business strategy and operations;
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in business strategy and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience in managing and motivating teams, with a focus on developing and growing talent;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
