Business Development and Pipeline Strategist

As a Business Development and Pipeline Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Pipeline Strategist. As part of our hybrid working model, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure value and growth are delivered through pipeline management.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders regarding best practice pipeline management. You will also be expected to continuously analyze the pipeline to identify areas of improvement and approaches to enhance effectiveness, ultimately improving conversion rates.

Additionally, you will draft impactful communications and produce video content to aid adoption, and work with Learning & Development to build effective training resources.

About the Team

We are seeking a commercial and results-oriented BD and Pipeline Manager to drive best practice and business growth. You will be reporting to the head of Business Development, joining a team of 8 Sales Enablement and BD professionals who sit within a large Markets team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pipeline management and CRM, and have a track record in delivering growth initiatives, ideally in a professional services or B2B environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
