Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Strategist to support the strategic growth agenda of our Financial Services practice. This role will play a key part in driving streamlined and effective account management practices, sales and go-to-market processes, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Head of Financial Services and FS Sector Leaders in developing and executing go-to-market strategy across key accounts and sectors.
  • Drive best practice Account Management for priority Accounts.
  • Cross-selling and upselling across key accounts - mapping client issues to KPMG solutions.
  • Account based Marketing.
  • Relationship mapping and CRM Management.
  • Support in identifying and converting must-win opportunities using best-practice sales management.
  • Drive best-practice pipeline management.
  • Track and report on account and sector performance on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience gained in industry or professional services working in a senior Business Development/Commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation and sales focus.
  • Comfortable in using pipeline and CRM systems for revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent relationship development and networking ability.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to positively drive change and influence the decision-making process.
  • Excellent organisational skills and project management ability.
