Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to play a key role in supporting our brands division.

  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers is vital for business growth.
  • Working closely with internal and external colleagues ensures customer service excellence is delivered.
  • Processing customer requests and enquiries quickly and accurately minimizes delays.
  • Handling frontline customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat is essential.
  • Coordinating delivery and transport method for shipments to customers maximizes satisfaction.
  • Monitoring open orders and following up internally with production teams prevents delays.
  • Informing customers on product benefits and resolving technical queries builds trust.
  • Supporting sales growth by upselling to each customer where possible is crucial.
  • Regularly analysing sales data identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting with marketing activities supports brand recognition and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role is desirable.
  • Able to identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Confidence to learn and discuss product benefits.
  • International shipping experience dealing across multiple jurisdictions is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organisational and administration skills are required.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude with ability to adapt to change.
  • Technical or Marketing background/qualification is an advantage.
  • Desire to deliver first-class customer service is essential.
