Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on administration.

This is a full-time temporary role, which may become permanent, and requires the ability to work 4 days per week, including weekends, from 9pm to 7am.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating internal CRM systems, assisting with inventory control, preparing paperwork for deliveries, and supporting work planning for the following day.

They will also be required to perform general administrative duties as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in a warehouse environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Update internal CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with inventory control to maintain efficient stock levels.
  • Prepare paperwork for deliveries to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Support work planning for the following day to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Main Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze data and create reports.
  • Able to work full-time in Ireland without any restrictions.
