Strategic Sales Operations Management

• Develop and implement best practices to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design sales processes, workflows, and automation strategies to enhance productivity.
• Provide both operational and strategic support to enable leaders to successfully execute on business objectives
• Collaborate within the organization to develop and manage the overall budget and forecast
• Manage the centralized reporting that will be used to facilitate our pipeline / forecast calls and management reporting.
• Work directly with Sales Leaders to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results with periodic metrics/KPI reporting and insights
• Identify pain points within the organization and work with key stakeholders to solve and improve the overall environment; drive improvement in productivity by simplifying processes and optimizing use of available tools.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting, pipeline management, and quota planning.
  
  

Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Provide insights using data analysis to drive sales strategies and revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain reporting systems to track key performance indicators.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Identify trends and opportunities that contribute to growth and profitability.
  
  

Revenue & Business Planning

• Collaborate with finance and leadership to develop annual sales planning frameworks.
• Optimize incentive structures and compensation plans for sales teams.
• Monitor revenue performance and recommend strategies for improving margins.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales processes and manage complex projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with executives.
