Job Opportunity: Youth Development Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Youth Development Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering client-centred occupational therapy interventions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support holistic care planning, and fostering participation, social inclusion, and resilience-building for young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored occupational therapy plans to address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to young adults to enhance their functional abilities and independence.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in mental health or CAMHS.
  • Strong skills in engagement, functional assessment, and intervention planning.
  • Motivated, flexible, and committed to supporting young adults in their recovery journey.
