International Payments Compliance Specialist

Rippling is seeking a Payments Compliance Specialist with expertise in licensing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will drive a global payments and lending licensing program, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
Responsibilities include managing international licenses, supporting regulatory examinations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in processes.
This role requires experience in compliance, licensing, or paralegal roles, preferably with expertise in payments, e-money, lending, and global financial regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should also have demonstrated solution-oriented business judgment, analytical skills, and familiarity with international licensing regimes and regulatory frameworks.
Key Qualifications:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, licensing, or paralegal roles.
- Expertise in payments, e-money, lending, and global financial regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international licensing regimes and regulatory frameworks such as FCA, Central Bank of Ireland, AUSTRAC, MAS, and FINTRAC.
