We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accommodation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining our high standards.

About the Role:

  • Deliver consistent cleanliness and hygiene in guest bedrooms and public areas

  • Develop strong multitasking and attention to detail skills

  • Maintain adherence to Hygiene and Safety standards and hotel policies

  • Avoid shift work or evenings and be available to work midweek and weekends
