Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join our construction team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential projects.

As a Finishing Foreperson, your responsibilities will include coordinating daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials. You will ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards.

You will liaise closely with design teams, Site Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

You will coordinate snagging crews and oversee the effective completion of snag lists to ensure high-quality finishes.

You will ensure that all company compliance and administration procedures are followed, including recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
