Lead AMS/RF Layout Engineer Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead AMS/RF Layout Engineer to join our cross-functional team, delivering innovative products from concept to volume production.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Analog/RF Design Engineers to create and optimize RF and mixed signal blocks.
  2. Produce high-quality RF/Analog systems using industry best practices for layout and physical verification.
  3. Lead complex RF/Analog layouts, including detailed verification and debug.
  4. Work closely with the RF/Analog design team to ensure designs meet specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of analog/mixed-signal layout on advanced CMOS nodes (40nm and lower).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso suite and Calibre verification tools.
