Electronic Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Electronic Engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge sensor-based platforms for early detection and prevention of chronic health complications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on electronic design, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to work across the full product lifecycle from concept to scale-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of embedded electronic systems aligned with regulatory and product requirements
  • Design and implement hardware architecture, component selection, and analog/digital circuitry
  • Drive design transfer activities to manufacturing (DFM, DFT)
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards
  • Contribute to verification, validation, and risk analysis (e.g. FMEA)
  • Support test development and troubleshooting across development and production
  • Maintain accurate design documentation in line with industry compliance and regulatory needs
  • Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years experience in electronic product development, ideally in a regulated sector
  • Expertise in embedded systems, sensor integration, and analog/digital design
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, and lab testing equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or regulated design controls (a plus)
  • Background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product industrialization
