Are you looking for a challenging electronics engineering position where you can utilize your technical skills to improve manufacturability and meet project deadlines?

The Role:
  • Work closely with customers on new product development projects to enhance assembly line efficiency
  • Incorporate continuous improvement activities based on business objectives and current cost reduction goals
  • Prepare detailed documentation and work instructions for assembly procedures
  • Train production staff in assembly techniques
  • Support the maintenance team in designing planned maintenance routines for equipment and perform critical engineering tasks as required
  • Provide technical assistance to production teams
  • Implement process controls such as failure mode and effects analysis and control plans as part of the change management process
Requirements:
  • Honours degree or master's with specialism in electronics
  • At least 5 years' experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable electronic troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to read and understand electronic circuit designs and schematics
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
