Job Title: Senior Manager of Investor Services Client Operations

Role Overview:

This is a leadership position within the Investor Services unit, responsible for managing and running an Investor Services Client Operations team. The role reports into the Senior Manager of Investor Services Client Operations and involves interacting with professionals both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables and reporting for all clients
  • Maintain premium client service quality to ensure 100% client referenceability
  • Demonstrate expertise in alternatives funds servicing, including complex structures and calculations
  • Review and approve transaction processing, cash processing, reporting, and investor eligibility checks
  • Represent Investor Services with clients to maintain strong relationships
  • Assist in growing the Investor Services unit, including sales pitches, hiring staff, and developing workflows
  • Continuously review controls to mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in a transfer agency role with at least 3 years working with Alternatives/Hedge Funds
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record in this area
  • Experience with FIS NTAS and/or Investran transfer agency systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of alternatives fund structures and regulatory requirements
  • Fluency in English Language (verbal and written)
