About the Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our specialist contractor. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing and delivering bespoke facade packages, with a strong background in fire, thermal, and acoustic performance of cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards.
  • Collaboration with internal site and design teams, along with external professionals to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Maintenance of high levels of health and safety throughout the project.
  • Quality control, testing, and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and facade.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and delivering facade packages.
  • Knowledge of fire, thermal, and acoustic performance of cladding systems.
  • Thorough understanding of database applications.
  • Good management and organizational skills.
