Estate Transformation Leader

A visionary leader is required to drive estate transformation projects across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality estate improvements that exceed customer expectations.

  • Develop and implement strategies for transforming estate environments into vibrant spaces.
  • Manage and develop a team of project officers to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure effective delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of estate improvement projects to meet organisational standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership experience in estates or facilities management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to creating inspiring work environments that promote excellence.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: £45,500 - £52,500 per annum (pro rata)
  • 40 days annual leave (including statutory holidays)
