Collections Director

As a leader in the collections industry, you will be responsible for optimizing the entire collections cycle and guiding a team to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing team focused on cash and collections
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Simplify workflows and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Resolve complex billing scenarios and client requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and financial controls
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in collections management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems, including SAP
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of VAT and billing compliance standards, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity
