Job Opportunity:

The role of a Duty Manager is pivotal in driving success within the Food and Beverage department. As a key team member, you will be instrumental in creating and achieving exceptional results while providing support to other departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high standard of service across all Food and Beverage outlets
  • Previous experience on the Front Desk is beneficial
  • Contribute to enhancing service offerings
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train staff accordingly
  • Monitor costs and stock levels
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with Health and Safety regulations
  • Participate in various demonstrations and events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Background in hospitality is preferred
  • Relevant qualifications in bar or hospitality are advantageous but not essential
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Take pride in personal appearance and stay updated with industry developments
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, confidence, and passion for the hotel industry
  • Deliver excellent service by leading by example
  • Flexibility in work arrangements
