We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our operations team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the financial and operational success of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee all food and beverage areas in the hotel.
  • Daily supervision of the Bar, Restaurant, and C&B operations and personnel.
  • Liaise with head Chef and sales manager on sales promotions/menus.
  • Lead and direct service in all outlets.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • F&B knowledge and supervisory experience in a hotel environment is essential.
  • C&B experience and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work 5 shifts over 7 days.
  • Skills: Teamwork, food & beverage conference & banqueting management, cash handling.
