As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will be directly involved in achieving our mission to contribute to human welfare by manufacturing products that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively support daily production activities including troubleshooting issues relating to equipment, process & materials.
  • Yield monitoring, loss mitigation, Gemba & MPS activities.
  • Actively support Quality investigations (customer complaints, in-process test failures etc.).
  • Equipment, Tooling & fixturing development and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in continuous Process Improvement projects using problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, 5 Why, 6M etc).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Level 8 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering or other related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience ideally within the MedTech industry.
  • Strong teamwork skills with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience of SAP/Agile is required.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks & Mainsaver.
  • Data Analysis Experience - Minitab, Excel, and Power BI an advantage.
