We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Manufacturing Manager. This strategic role plays a vital part in driving the growth and success of our company.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and scalability. They will also develop and maintain standard operating procedures for consistent and safe production.

This includes managing and mentoring production teams, establishing and overseeing production schedules and staffing plans, and leading lean manufacturing and 5S efforts to reduce waste and improve workflow.

Additionally, they will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure smooth production and delivery, oversee equipment, inventory, and material planning, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong understanding of lean principles and 5S methodology, as well as experience in developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 7 Degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, ideally within electro-mechanical or custom-built industrial equipment environments.
  • Solid practical experience applying lean principles and 5S methodology.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
