Senior Software Tester Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester to join our software quality assurance process as a vital member of our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product specifications and define test cases to ensure compliance with those specifications.
  • Understand product requirements, match test cases, and set up test environments.
  • Execute test cases, analyze results, and report all detected issues or defects.
  • Mentor junior manual and automated testers in the field of testing methodologies.
  • Lead the effort to define and implement automation testing processes to aid in future testing efficiency.
  • Track reported issues or defects for seamless problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Significant experience in Quality Assurance testing or a similar role is required.
  • Familiarity with test management software, such as ALM, is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing methodologies is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with various coding languages and automated testing tools is also advantageous.
