Job Title: Packaging Strategy Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Packaging Strategy Executive to spearhead the development of our packaging strategy, driving alignment across the business and supporting execution. Key responsibilities include designing a comprehensive packaging strategy that considers multiple elements of the supply chain, from sourcing and transportation to retail and consumer use.

To succeed in this role, you will need expertise in developing and building strategies, understanding of packaging regulations and industry best practices, and experience in regular reporting and performance management. Additionally, you must be able to lead teams in a matrix environment and drive change through effective influencing.

You will have working knowledge of packaging suppliers and their capabilities, as well as experience of managing packaging suppliers from contract management to forecasting, innovation, and QBRs. Experience of working with international packaging suppliers is also essential, along with the ability to forge close business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior management levels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will be able to prioritize effectively and manage business expectations, demonstrating strong business and commercial acumen.
