This is a role for someone who excels at developing and executing successful strategies.

Job Description
  • Succeed in implementing the commercial strategy in Ireland, with a focus on unlocking new distribution channels and attracting new capital.
  • Act as the General Representative for Lloyd's Europe in Ireland to ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Ensure operational excellence for Lloyd's Europe in Ireland, including compliance with local laws and regulations, effective risk management, and efficient processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, underwriting, or related market roles. They will also have a thorough understanding of global (re)insurance value chains, customers, distributors, global distribution practices, product development, and market dynamics.

A strong track record of delivery against stated objectives, along with the ability to cultivate and develop sound business relationships, is essential. Regular exposure and experience of presenting to or influencing senior external and internal stakeholder groups are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
