Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Lifecycle Management team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be hands-on, pragmatic, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding process for new and existing programs.
  • Manage supplier registration for new and existing Vendor Financing programs.
  • Verify KYTS/KYC documentation ensuring completeness.
  • Provide regular reporting to the sales team on suppliers' onboarding status and coordinate with them for communication to clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date master list of suppliers with their correct statuses.
  • Ensure due diligence processes follow Client guidelines and policies.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in KYTS/KYC due diligence roles.
  • Background in Banking Operations.
  • Customer Support experience.
  • Knowledge of due diligence requirements for various entity types.
  • Able to handle and manage complex data efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Finance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance products is an advantage but not essential.
