Job Title: Urgent Search Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Suppliers and Service Providers activities, ensuring they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
- Assist with the preparation and control of department operational budgets.
- Be available as part of the after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.
- Act as the go-to person for all facilities, project, fit-out, and crisis management activities on site.
- Develop close working relationships with client key stakeholders and facilities management vendors to ensure they fully understand the client culture.
- Address minor technical repairs and serve as the first point of contact for all building issues.
- Monitor PPM schedules, O&M's, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers.
- Ensure health and safety during events, including supervising contractors and reviewing H&S documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Facilities Management or similar qualification is desired but not required.
- Trades background with previous experience in facilities, maintenance, property, or construction management is an advantage.
