As an Accounts Technician, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic engineering contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily accounts payable invoices for all business entities
  • Creditor reconciliations and monthly payments are critical aspects of this role
  • Bank and petty cash reconciliations, VAT returns, and RCT returns require meticulous attention to detail
  • You will work with journals, purchases ledgers, and spreadsheets to maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and office administration duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance team
  • The AP close and dealing with Sub Contractors RCT are essential tasks that require strong organizational skills
Requirements:
  • A qualified or part-qualified Accounts Technician with 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent MS Office skills are a must
  • Maintain high integrity and trust, upholding the company's values and reputation
