Front-End Planning and Pre-Construction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Planning and Pre-Construction Manager to join our hyperscale data center development team. As a key member, you will oversee the early-stage program management for each project, ensuring they are execution-ready from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on sites and supporting the energy and location strategy team with constructability reviews.
  • Leading as the principal contact for supply planning and associated issues within the data center delivery team.
  • Securing funding and obtaining approvals through the stage gate process while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in the design-build environment for mission-critical facilities such as data centers, pharmaceuticals, and industrial projects.
  • Pre-construction industry experience, including conceptualization, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.
