As a seasoned professional in program management, you will play a pivotal role in driving campus planning, permitting, design readiness, and site preparation for hyperscale data centers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring every project is execution-ready from day one.

About the Role

This position requires a deep understanding of technical due diligence, early intake assessments, and project planning aligned with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape project plans and drive project delivery through the construction funding milestone.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project-specific early-stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
  • Lead as the principal data center delivery team contact for supply planning and associated issues.
  • Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on sites and support the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in the design-build environment for mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, pharma, industrial).
  • Experience in pre-construction, including conceptualizing, project planning, design development, and project management of data center design/construction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial or technical field.
  • Professional qualification in cost, risk, and contract management.
  • Ability to communicate in English at a business level.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
