Seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and has a passion for solving problems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, performing repairs, maintenance and minor redecoration as needed.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in maintenance, security or facilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all communal areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
  • Assist with health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments.
  • Carry out periodic inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset.
