Sustainable Visual Leader

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours of work per week, based in the H&M Clerys store in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style.
The ideal candidate will have visual merchandising experience and a passion for profitability and people. You will support the store in achieving customer-centric objectives through the implementation of visual identity, drive routines, sales, and support the team to deliver a world-class customer experience.
You will also be responsible for:
- Spearheading the visual merchandising strategy and implementing it according to H&M guidelines
- Coaching and developing the team on visual and commercial knowledge
- E nsuring safety, security, and administrative procedures are always followed
We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive visual merchandising experience
- A proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives
