Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience by creating visually appealing store displays and visual presentation.

You will be responsible for collaborating with store management to deliver an outstanding visual proposition showcasing the brand through windows and in-store. This includes developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and maximize customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.

In addition to your strong visual merchandising skills, you will also possess a deep understanding of current and future design trends, with the ability to adapt and evolve our visual presentation to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate and be engaging.
  • Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends.
  • Understanding of visual / spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
